Press Lines for Laminating

Sitor press lines for laminating ensure consistent surface quality and strong adhesive bonding of panels, veneers, or decorative layers. Designed for flexible production, our hydraulic laminating presses provide uniform pressure and temperature distribution across the entire working surface, delivering exceptional results in furniture and panel manufacturing.

The line is based on a multi-opening through-feed hydraulic press and is designed for laminating the panels with phenolic film or decorative foils.
Panel transport into and out of the press is carried out via conveyeor belts, in-feed and out-feed devices and transport bands on the heated plates in the press. The bands on the heated plates are made of temperature-resistant material and are fixed to special clamping bars. These bars are designed to ensure quick band replacement and maintain constant tensioning force.

The multi-opening device is loaded via a conveyor belt in front of the in-feed device. The in-feed device levels with the press opens, and all panels are simultaneously transported into the press. Once the press closes, pressing and adhesive bonding begin. After the hot-pressing cycle has finished, the press opens and aligns with the out-feed device. All panels are then simultaneously transported to the out-feed device, from which they are individually moved onto the conveyor belt.
