Mould Designs

Our presses are equipped with moulds in bolted or welded design, available in various dimensions and heating options. They can be heated directly or indirectly using different heating media. Each mould is manufactured with a unique production technology developed through our in-house expertise.

Stamps

The stamp is used to press the product inside the mould and is fixed to the hydraulic press frame. It consists of three main components:

  • Heating plate: steel sheet with drilled channels for heating media.
  • Insulation: positioned between heated and supporting plates to minimize energy loss.
  • Supporting plate: robust steel sheet construction for stability.

For maximum reliability, the heating plate of the stamp is equipped with welded side barriers that prevent compressed material from entering the inner structure of the stamp.
