Hydraulic Presses for Rubber Products

Our hydraulic presses for rubber products are suitable for pressing a wide range of rubber types – from natural rubber to advanced technical and synthetic elastomers.
Compression moulding and vulcanization take place in the tool, which can be heated directly or indirectly using heating platens in the press.
The presses are typically designed with multiple working levels, which can be either fixed or extendable from the press, allowing easy and quick removal of finished products and tool changes.

The version with horizontally movable levels enables easier installation, continuous tool heating, and efficient product handling. Level movement is powered by hydraulic cylinders, ensuring smooth and reliable operation. The guides are made of special materials that require no lubrication. Heating platens are equipped with T-slots for fast and simple tool mounting.

Press control is managed via an operator panel, custom-designed to meet process requirements and customer preferences.

Operation of the press and related equipment is controlled by a process controller, which, together with the panel, allows the to:

  • Select the operating mode: manual or automatic
  • Input and monitor process parameters (temperature curve, working pressure, cycle duration)

Raw material dosing into the press

To ensure high precision and efficiency when dosing rubber into our hydraulic presses, we use rubber injection pressing technology. This process provides uniform and consistent distribution of raw material within the mould, guaranteeing excellent quality and accuracy of the final products.

Rubber injection pressing uses a hydraulic cylinder to force the material into the mould under high pressure. This method enables precise forming and optimal rubber distribution, helping to achieve strict quality standards and minimal deviations in production.

Our hydraulic presses for vacuum compression are engineered for the production of premium rubber products, where precise forming and consistent final quality are critical.

By combining the conventional compression process with a precisely controlled vacuum environment, we achieve:
