Our hydraulic presses for conveyor belts are engineered for manufacturing both flat and Chevron belts. They ensure uniform pressure distribution, consistent belt quality, and reliable vulcanization.

Individual Pressure Regulation Sitor

The press is equipped with a large number of hydraulic cylinders, each with individually regulated pressure.

This enables precise distribution of force across the working surface, applying pressure exactly where it is needed and ensuring high product accuracy.

Part of the equipment are also hydraulic clamps, installed on the front and back side of the press.
With the clamps the belt can be:

Clamped and tightened in horizontal direction
Lifted and lowered in order to separate it from the tool in the press after the cycle has finished
Lifted and in combination with support rollers in the press moved with the unreeling/reeling device in horizontal direction for the necessary division

When the belt is tightened with clamps and lifted in vertical direction, the support rollers in the press ensures smooth movement of the belt through the press.
